Almost goes without saying very please with the approved used C43. Still feels brand new and given a level of confidence from the team there are no problems and even if there was I would be supported.

Excellent customer service
I received excellent customer service. The Sales Executive, Tommy Pidgeon, was excellent, with a friendly helpful manner and a comprehensive, detailed knowledge of the Mercedes car range. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after. Above all, even though there are many cars for sale at the dealership, I was always made to feel that my car purchase was special.

A joy from start to finish
My experience of visiting the dealership, viewing and test driving the car and then purchasing it was peerless, surpassed all expectations and on a level above anything we have experienced before. The sales executive Ziggy was honest and approachable from the off and no request was too much trouble for him. He never tried to sell me the car, and pointed out pros and cons, limits and pitfalls of buying used and didn't give us the customary patter or tell us what we wanted to hear. Nor did he try and sell us unwanted extras or add-ons. We expected high standards being a Mercedes main dealer but Ziggy went above and beyond expectations making us feel valued and special and making the entire process from start to finish a real pleasure. I never felt that because I was buying used rather than new that we were less important. Communication has been frequent and he has followed up with calls and messages. Although we travelled quite a distance we will be looking for any excuse to return in future for our next car.
Couldn't fault this dealer, a joy.

Awful first service
I can't express enough what a disappointment it was to take my Jaecoo J7 for a simple first service oil change at Basingstoke Jaecoo/ Omoda garage. I arrived at the garage at 615pm to pick it up and you have to go into the Mercedes service department to drop it off in the first instance. I went back into Mercedes to pick it up and it was like nearly everyone had gone home . It felt nobody was actually interested at 615pm! Its supposed to be open until 630pm. Yet felt closed and inconvenient to turn up when I did. Despite when booking in they had taken my mobile number down wrong so I didn't hear from them. Despite giving them a 2nd contact and email address. I received no video of any work being carried out either. Then there was the cost £324 for an oil change . What a joke. Turns out Cinch could of done the same oil change for under £130! When I questioned the cost with the gentleman working at Jaecoo as I said to him that I serviced an omoda I had not so long back in Feb 26 and it was about £90 cheaper to do the same service at Martins Omoda in Winchester he said thats standard Jaecoo first service cost. All they did was change the oil. I actually even pointed out it was even cheaper to do an oil change on the Evoque I also owned a little while back and that was also done by a main dealer in Basingstoke. I would never use these people again. Which is a shame as they sell beautiful cars both Jaecoo and Mercedes but the service is awful the attitude is awful the approach came across as simply not interested. If I owned that dealership I'd be very concerned about the lack of interest my staff have for their clients. I for one would not go back there. Very disappointed. Summing up it was a very expensive oil change on a relatively inexpensive Jaecoo. Never again would I visit them . I felt actually ripped off by this dealership!!

I can say that not every Mercedes dealer as good as Sandown group. People inside the shop are simple nice very helpful. I didn’t receive any pressure to buy the car. The service is amazing I could see people really wants to help as much as they can. Fantastic experience . A particular thanks to the sells man Chris he was kind genuine and helpful. I will strongly suggest to anyone who loves Merceds car SANDOWN GROUP.

Matthew was amazing from start to finish.
We had previously bought a car from Epsom and came back as so happy with service and they didn’t let us down.
We test drove car Thursday and they had it ready for us to pick up Saturday (and that was getting the car in)

Beautiful experience started with Callum
My experience started with Callum, a very wonderful personality, he was very patient and responded to every bit of my enquiries regardless of the time of the day. It made me trust Sandown and didn't hesitate to I drive more than 6 hours from Sunderland to Poole,
It was all worth it. Also the other staff at the reception were phenomenal. I am already tempted to go back for another car.
