Unreliable Stock Indication on Site
Ordered a shelf on the 5th October which at the time was “in stock”. After I ordered I checked the stock again on the site and it then said 1-2 weeks. Now when I check it says 6-8 weeks. I emailed customer services asking for an update as I still don’t have the shelf and haven’t heard from them so don’t have a clue when it’ll arrive.
Do not trust the stock indicator on their site, it’s unreliable and I think it’s over enthusiastic to get your order.

Bench was delivered broken
Bench was delivered broken. Customer service takes up to 2 weeks to respond to emails, so resorted to many hour-long waits on hold to speak to an advisor. Took ages to resolve and return bench. Had to contact credit card company to obtain refund. Very unhappy.

Box and item arrived damaged, box left out in the rain on delivery after shoddy repair job on box, contacted them twice but not response or apology. I am annoyed as this was supposed to be a nice gift and a considerable purchase from one of our favourite designers. Gutted

I am really pleased with my table even if it took a while to get here.
There was no brochure with the table only three single pages, mainly pictures. A more detailed set of instructions would have helped .
