I love the service
I love the service. It’s all done using the app. I receive a reminder. I make the request for my repeat prescription. The request is sent to my GP, once it’s been approved. The medication is posted out to me. It could not be any easier.

Ordering this way is so much easier
Ordering this way is so much easier and more reliable than using a local Pharmacy. Any glitches in the process have usually been at the GP surgery, rather than with Rowlands. Keep up the good work.

Disgraceful mark-up
I went to my local Rowlands pharmacy in Benllech, North Wales. I required an iodine non-adherent wound dressing. I was informed that one dressing would cost £4.80. This was a 3M Inadine dressing.
I later checked online and found that varies suppliers charged between £0.70 and £1.00 per dressing for the exact same dressing.
How do Rowlands justify such a disgraceful mark-up of around £4.00 on each dressing?
