The ladies at The pharmcy do a great job ! Always willing to help or advise

I was told that my prescription would be 1 hour I waited and went back to collect it and was then informed that it would be another 20 mins, again I waited and went back in to be told that it would be another half an hour, at this point I had to leave because my car parking had run out at Salford Royal. When I got home I attempted to phone the pharmacy to tell them that I would pick it up later on in the week but I could not get through when I called there number nobody was answering the phone and it kept cutting me off therefore I could not arrange a pick up of the two items at Rowlands Pharmacy that I needed. What are you meant to do?

Firstly..I would advise anyone who has had a bad experience in this pharmacy..to keep your bad review to yourself.. I had a bad experience in this pharmacy..so took it to their top people..after doing so..I was then advised to take my custom elsewhere.. their reason..myself and the pharmacy have a conflict of interest..not exact words..but thats what they meant..I have a couple of reasons for my complaint.. but one of them which I didn't bring up was, as I was sitting on the chairs..which I presume the staff didn't know I was there..and over heard them speaking about a young mum and her 2 kids..who I think had symptoms of chicken pops..when she left the pharmacy.i over heard them speaking about her..so im now of the thinking..what else are they speaking about once people are leaving their premises. ..won't ever ever be setting foot in their premises .EVER

Second review as I didn't name the pharmacy. Bridgeton cross. Diane is my favourite but the rest of the team are just a good. Best team

I had a weight loss consultation at thr pharmacy today. The Pharmacist I saw was very friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly.

I noticed while waiting for my appointment that the pharmacists used the 1st name of people coming into the pharmacist. I thought this was a lovely touch.

I ordered my prescriptions on 7th April through pharmacy for you. It should on their site waiting for Doctors’ approval. I rang the surgery today 16th April and was told categorically that as I had now run out of my tablets that my prescription would for this month be and to Rowlands opposite the surgery. I was told that my prescription would be ready at 6.30 and that the pharmacy was closing at 7pm. My husband and I went to collect my prescription and was told by one f the staff the prescription had been sent to pharmacy for you and she was extremely apologetic that she couldn’t do anything at the point. However she said to try ringing pharmacy for you to release my prescription. As now the time was getting very close to 7pm. I was told which pharmacy would be open til a later time. The pharmacist also was very helpful in suggesting other pharmacies. We got in touch with pharmacy for you by phone and they immediately said the prescription would be available for a pharmacy. Both members of staff said they would make sure I got my medication even though the time was about two minutes to seven. I would like to say how very grateful I am for their help and extremely friendly and professional attitude to my plight thank you very much for this wonderful service.

Thank you very much for your extra speedy and friendly help yesterday, it is very much appreciated. We are lucky to have you in Tarporley - a luxury that should not be taken for granted.

I moved my pharmacist from the Rowlands Kirkburton, to Well in Skelmanthorpe, much better service got a text when it was ready and not ignored when I walked in and the staff smiled…fantastic service.
But parking in Skelmanthorpe an issue so returned to Rowlands, same issues, no notification of prescription ready despite them taking my number twice
Think I’ll put up with the poor parking and return to Well

I always have my medication delivered from the BRI. The original date that Rowland's gave me wasn't convenient. I called, got straight through and spoke to Siobhan, who was extremely helpful and friendly. My medication delivery was re-arranged with no fuss. The delivery was completed on the correct day and within the time stated. Great, reliable service. Well done Rowland's

Excellent service. What a difference since Sinaya took over. Wait times are so much shorter and repeat prescription is always ready to collect with no issues. Sinaya is always very helpful and really goes out of her way to help customers. What a difference. Would highly recommend.

Rowlands Pharmacy at Ensbury Park not providing services that are advertised and have no knowledge or information about them. Very little intelligence too! They mess people about and don't provide meds with services which they have claimed money for!

The staff are extremely welcoming and go above and beyond to help me and my family whenever we are in. The pharmacist Saniya has done what no other pharmacist has done, extremely empathetic and understanding. One of the best pharmacies I've been to

Really helpful

I visit the pharmacy frequently it is always very busy. Siobhan is always so helpful and friendly. She leaves the counter to manage the queue and she communicates with people. For first time visitors it can be confusing but she alleviates a lot of problems by communicating. She is very protective and helpful always smiling. They are lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and helpful as her. I always can tell if shes on shift or not because when she is there everything is smooth and she knows what is going on.

There has been a staffing change and the atmosphere of the pharmacy is now lovely. I really feel like the staff care in Cupar store now

All staff are fantastic, they care about people always asking how your felling.
I would 100% recommend this chemist if not for all the services they provide even just for the friendly welcome

The New Brighton branch of Rowlands has to be the worst pharmacy in the country. Waits of an hour or more must be commonplace because its happened to me on more than one occasion. They don’t appear to have sufficient staff to meet demand, and sometimes they put a notice on their door to say that no pharmacist is present. If they send a message to say a prescription is ready to collect, it rarely is when you arrive the pharmacy. Apologies for wait time are rare, and overall customer service is poor and staff appear aloof and haughty.
