I signed up to the 14 day trial, and was then unable to download the resume I created. Every attempt redirects me in a loop that does not allow access to the document. I also attempted to cancel my subscription through the "My Account" section, but it continually redirected me to the dashboard and would not process the cancellation.
Their help desk stated I had made no payment and required more information of payment before they would cancel.
After sending evidence, I have not had any response.
Very disappointing, recommend using a free AI instead.

Super easy cancellation
My son has an AI app we referred to when looking to create my resume and we decided to go with ResumeNerd although the only negative reviews came in the cancellation process. That couldn't have been more wrong. Not only were there many templates to choose from to create a stellar resume but it offers key words to add in and ideas to make your resume even better along the way. After I created my resume I went in to cancel the 14 day trial period and was amazed at the process! It literally took under 5 mins and I was sent a confirmation email to confirm it after. Lukas Williams was an awesome customer service rep and if you're lucky enough to get him on the line rest assured your experience, in any respect, will be glitch free!

Great template, but be careful how much you pay
The resume template was great and easy to use. Just be very careful about the fees you are committing to? I was not aware I was signing up for an ongoing subscription, and ended up being charged $34.75 per month after creating the "free resume". I'm hoping the company will respond to my request to refund my money.

If there was 0 star I would give it. If you're ever gonna use the site, do not put in your card information. They charge you weekly for it. They not only charged me weekly, but charged $35 for what they said was only gonna cost $2.75. Use other websites.

Error Message/Cannot Access Resume After Paying $1.75
Update—Do not trust ResumeNerd.They never reached out to me. It's not the money that matters, but the lie. As stated earlier, their phone number doesn't work. It's interesting that they're pretending to care after I sent them multiple messages asking for help. I only received automatic replies.
I sent this company an email because after spending so much time making my resume and then paying $1.75---I received an error message! I can't access my resume. It's a scam!!!!!!!!!
They are based in the Cayman Islands. Do not use them.
They never emailed me. No answer at the provided phone number. The $1.75 you pay for 14-day trial is only good for one resume! They want to charge you each one!
