Everything was almost perfect. All previous calls were handled well until I tried to cancel.... I got the position. I got the run around from David who told me he couldn't find any account. Don’t be fooled
The resume itself looks nice. But don’t be fooled. When you pay $2 up front they include a hidden monthly subscription. If you don’t cancel it you will be charged $23 dollars. If they can’t be upfront about this then they can’t be trusted. Find another website to do business with.

I think you are great, then I was scammed. Not by you guys, but by a group that offered me a job. Only if I used their service to design a better resume to Johnson & Johnson liking.
Johnson & Johnson never was interested. They were not J &"J recruiters.

I added a custom section to my CV, but the editor kept merging it with an existing section — making my resume look unprofessional. On top of that, I reached out to their customer support and received no response.

Do not recommend
Was made completely unaware of a subscription made and had $35 taken out of my account because of it. When I reached out to them because of this through their customer service, I was ignored. Resume was also made completely by A.I and wasn't great quality.
