My resume changed instantly before my eyes. I am an RN and was applying for jobs away from bedside, which means I needed to highlight different skillsets for different types of nursing jobs. Resume Nerd let me create completely different resumes just by highlighting different specific skill sets I'd developed as an ICU nurse. This company will change you for a subscription without your consent. I cancelled my subscription and called them for a refund. The man stated that he processed a refund and sent me the email confirmation. The next day they charged my account again for a "subscription". How they are charging me after cancelling a "subscription" is crazy. Customer service is weak and wack. They no longer answer my calls and put me straight to survey when I do call.

I signed up with ResumeNerd.com a year and a half ago to draft a resume using their template. Fortunately, I secured work without needing the resume. When trying to cancel my subscription on their site, I found it impossible to do so. Unfortunately, the subscription slipped my mind.
A couple of months ago, I noticed a $23 charge on my bank statement. I reached out to their customer service, mentioning that I had two email accounts and wasn’t sure which one the subscription was under, and I couldn’t log into the account. Despite this, I received no assistance until I called them today. Only then was I able to cancel the subscription—after a year and a half of being charged $23 each month.
Overall, my experience suggests this is a super shady and unethical company. I would strongly advise against using their services.
