My experience seems to be the same as other reviews, being signed up to a subscription and charged $34.75 a month without my knowledge or permission. These charges are not transparent, very shifty, not happy at all. Also very hard to get response via their email and customer service link. Heather Simmonds

Easy to use. Good feedback. Got me a couple of interviews and offers. Canceled and came back and they still had my information which is nice because I did not have to start from the beginning.

Very easy to navigate, and helped me land a couple of jobs, very convenient to plan different resumes as sections, and can be altered quickly as separate sections.
