No Service - but pay them for it
I ordered a gift for my dad the day before Father’s Day, with an email voucher scheduled to go to him the next day.
I realised later I’d left the ‘m’ off the end of his gmail address. I emailed your office to please correct this and send it to him ASAP.
It was Sunday so I got an auto reply saying your customer service was closed.
Okay. Fair enough.
That was over a week ago. He never got the e-voucher. No one has reached out to me or responded in any way.
It wasn’t a cheap experience. Two tix on a tall ship cruise. Not sure why you charge a service fee. You do not deliver service.
Next time I will find my own providers. They want my business because that’s their actual livelihood.

We bought the voucher and want to redeem for the next day. Called the reef magic, state the situation, and booked it successfully. The process is very smooth.
The only thing is when the next day when we buy the helicopter tickets on the boat, it's almost 70 aud more than we prebooking on the website. If next time I think I will buy from the website ahead :(

Cant use vouchers with discount codes
you dont allow vouchers to be used with discount codes. So what is point in buying vouchers as gifts. I will in future give them cash and say buy something on Red Ballooon or anything else you want. So YOU will loose out on sales by doing this. Seems really stupid to me
