The deal was good overall, however I wanted to add one more person to high tea and it was fixed for two, so it would be great if there was a bit more flexibility. Also, I was a little disappointed that there didn’t seem to be any discount through the Balloon voucher, as it was the same price.

Never thought I could produce such a lovely painting. Atmosphere was relaxing, music was a great collection, nice to hear people singing along. Have to say a big thank you to Jason for making our day very memorable.

Promptness in getting the voucher As a gift

I needed the voucher by Tuesday, 22 April and given your promise to deliver in 3-4 days i purchased it through your site. It arrived on Wednesday and I had to express post it to my friend, which cost me another $16.00.

We found exploring the different options was somewhat of a minefield and we were left with many doubts & concerns.
However, on a positive note once I connected by telephone I found that your representative was most helpful and also encouragingly patient (:)

It was quick and easy to find asuitable birthday gift. So many wonderful choices to go through and eventully I found the perfect gift for my someone special.

I found it difficult to complete the booking online. Had to go out of the form to get info from email and when I returned the form had reset. Had to phone for help with the booking. Help desk was good.

We did the premium mystery picnic. The tour was good and took us to some nice touristy shopping areas. The clues were easy to solve. While the amount of food was adequate for a picnic, we thought the total value of the food didn’t match the premium tour price. The first stop was a disappointment as the strawberries were mouldy and leaked liquid everywhere, we had to take them back to be replaced. The park suggested for the last stop had an event happening, so we had to find somewhere else to picnic.
Apart from a couple of things, we enjoyed the day.

Being able to transfer the initial vouchers to another experience was great. And very easy to do.

We had a lovely day. The weather was beautiful and we liked the variety of goods we collected throughout the day. It is important that organisers ensure their recommendations of things to do are up to date as several walking trails were shut

I was getting the red balloon voucher for a present for a netball coach, but the voucher with details was not emailed to me. I hope that the reference number is what is supposed to to be used when booking ?? This as unclear to me..

Got given a voucher for Xmas four years ago. Finally decided to use it at axe throwing. Worst experience ever in trying to book it, and it was much more expensive than bokkimg first at the venue .
