Bought one of their beds from a local garden centre. Within a few months it's lost all its squishyness, and the dog refuses to use it. Very bad quality item.

I bought the raised feeder bowls as my cats were having trouble with whisker fatigue using their previous bowls. The raised bowls are a great height and are shallow so the food sits in the perfect spot for easy eating. My cats are taking less frequent breaks when finishing their meals. When I had a minor issue with my delivery, the customer care team were quick to respond and resolve for me. Would shop here again.

one of the items were damaged when I received it but after I messaged them there was another one sent out straight away, I would def recommend this company

Lovely quality bed which arrived quickly.

My older dog has had a Scruffs cover for quite a long time so now with my second dog I purchased a new one so now I don't have to cover furniture with big blankets so dogs can get up.
Both dogs love having the raised sides to rest their heads on

I bought one of Scruffs Cork pet food mats from a garden centre and when I got it home and tried to remove the packaging it ripped the product, the packaging was glued to the product and ripped it.

I contacted customer services who happily sent a replacement free of charge. However when they arrived the product was again damaged during transit.

This product is not fit for purpose and the material it is made of is not good enough. Buyer beware.

Good bowls .

Purchased 2 dog beds. Good quality product & delivery service.

Very fast delivery and good quality!
Thx

Julie from Pets Love Scruffs was brilliant in supporting me with an issue I had with a purchased item, super responsive, and understanding and ultimately made us feel like a valued customer even though this was our first purchase with the Brand. Thank yo Julie!

Products are first class and very well made.

The eventual delivery by Evri totally let the whole experience down, from their days of lies to the actual condition of the package when it was delivered was disgraceful, please avoid them.

The product itself is outstanding quality, I bought several dog beds from this company and they are awesome quality. They are very long lasting, comfy, and beautiful. I will purchase again, and recommend to anyone who needs a quality made dog bed. Many thanks 😊

My dog loves her doughnut bed it’s so snuggly. Quick delivery & good quality product, exactly as advertised, very pleased as are the dogs😁.

My dog loves her doughnut bed it’s so snuggly & I am delighted with the quality of the product & good swift customer response when I had to return the medium size & replace with large size so she can stretch out

Quick delivery & good quality product, exactly as advertised, very pleased as are the dogs😁

Sorted query/issue very quickly and effectively

After being messed around previously (see my review) I decided to buy the big Grizzly Bear bed.

Ordered it online and my Lurcher was fast asleep in it 48 hours later!

Brilliant product and service from Scruffs.

Lovely coat for my elderly dog. Had to change my dogs coat as he is elderly and arthritic and getting into his old one is difficult for him now so found this one online. It slides over his neck and does up round his tummy so easy to get on, its thermal too so keeps him warm. You do have to hook the little elastic bits under his back legs to stop the wind blowing the coat up his back but he manages with that ok. All in all a good coat and good value for money.

Reading the petslovescruffs website you will be left thinking that the company sell British made products.
We bought a Scruffs dog bed, which wasn’t cheap, believing their products to be entirely British. Interestingly the label on the bed when it arrived clearly states “Made in China”. PLEASE clearly state the origin of your products on your website instead of providing misleading descriptions.
