Your customer service was amazing sorting out the broken bowls which wasn't your fault.

I would suggest if fragile items are purchased that you use a different delivery company.

Ordered some dog bowls, they were delivered with Evri. They arrived smashed so I went straight on the website and used the live chat feature. Got straight through to Kysha who arranged for a replacement to be delivered with a different courier and next day delivery. Can not fault their customer service, and the bowls are really nice. Thank you!

The dog coat was as expected. A great winter coat for keeping your dog warm and dry.
Fantastic quality. Order processed quickly and efficiently.

My dog loves her doughnut bed it’s so snuggly. Quick delivery & good quality product, exactly as advertised, very pleased as are the dogs😁.

Quality is excellent and Norman loves it! 🐾🐾

Easy to order and our dogs bed is very good quality.

I recently ordered from Pets Love Scruffs and experienced mixed results. Initially, I faced issues with delivery as items arrived damaged twice, but the company was efficient in providing replacements, which eventually arrived in good condition. The quality of the products is impressive, with stylish bowls and thoughtful designs like deeper water bowls that my pets appreciate. While I experienced some issues, the overall service and product range make them worth considering.

Great product.. Well made and cosy

Second time when we ordered, now bowl for outside and they are simply stunning. My dog loves it

The basket is just perfect!

Great product, had problems with the delivery, being damaged 2 times when delivered. But Pets Love Scruffs were quick to send out replacements and it eventually arrived perfectly

Great. Brilliant quality and fast delivery, thank you!

A fantastic company with great-quality products at a reasonable price!

My beagle loves his new bowls and the fact that the water bowl is deeper for easier drinking is such a nice touch!

The cork placemats are a great idea, too!
