Quick and effective response
The person I had been dealing with about a warranty issue was on vacation - I was impressed by the way that a colleague responded to my phone call, quickly reviewed past emails and dealt with the matter. It would have been very easy to tell me to wait until the original person came back.

Perrin and Rowe are the most amazing company to deal with. I inherited one of their mixer taps when I bought my house in 2020. The tap is probably 13-years old now and some of the consumable parts, washers etc are, not surprisingly in need of maintenance. The staff at Perrin and Rowe are so knowledgeable of their products and identify the product and replacement parts with such efficiency. A real pleasure to deal with Linda today, I am totally confident in the parts and and fitting instructions provided.

Very expensive and arrived with two faults
The tap looks lovely but after repeated delays to its delivery, it arrived with two faults. Perrin & Rowe are willing to send new parts but not pay towards the cost of plumbing to install or send a new tap (unless you first get the tap removed and have their QA department check it and try to repair it). Not what you'd expect for what was an extremely expensive tap. Hugely disappointed.

Our products are made to order, which can sometimes mean longer lead times than expected depending on the specification, however we appreciate that this only adds to the disappointment when things don’t arrive as they should.
We completely understand your concerns around experiencing faults so soon after installation, especially on a premium product. While we initially supported with replacement parts under the warranty scheme, we recognise that this hasn’t met your expectations in this instance.
We are actively reviewing this case with your retailer to ensure it’s resolved in a way that is fair and straightforward for you. Wasiq Khan (Senior Customer Service Manager) will be in contact in due course so we can help bring this to a proper resolution.
