Plenty of other Belfast sink options. Don’t buy a shaws sink. I’ve had mine for 5 years and the glaze has broken down and the sink has staining. They are not interested. Very bad company. They advised this is not covered by their lifetime guarantee

Olivia replied promptly and with clear instructions so that I could test the issue with one of the sink draining baskets, enabling diagnosis so that she could recommend the correct fix. She then organised the replacement to be sent directly to me, with detailed instructions for refitting by my plumber. Thank you, a proactive and easy experience from start to finish !
