Difficult to use and I was charged £30 more than you advertised.
Additionally the book you gave as a free gift is an ebook I wouldn't have taken it had I known as I hate ebooks just normal ones.

Yet another annoying experience.
As usual some of the products that were really wanted were unavailable. The ordering system continues to lack clarity and is cumbersome to journey through. Also, why is a password necessary to access information about products? You're not hiding anything significant - just selling things. Finally and once again, we have no means of readily accessing e-books etc. Offering or selling them to us is useless - we only use printed materials and had we known you didn't produce them we wouldn't have wasted our money. Well, not quite finished - your helpline is never available when we need it and my wife seems to get better offers on her ipad. All in all, a telephone number and the possibility of conversing with someone would greatly improve matters. Based on order of 19th July. Latest News. Dealing with a delivery issue today I came across a phone number on your website, 0168132612, that supposedly links to customer relations/complaints. In fact it links to nothing; it isn't recognised by the telephone system. It's as useless as your latest reply which, as usual again, delivers vague banalities. G.W. 22.07.'23
