Flavours are often not available and…
Flavours are often not available and the prices unreasonably keep increasing. The shakes themselves are good and dissolve better than other brands and I've lost 12 kg. However, I will switch to another brand, if you don't reduce your prices.

No availability of products for months ... always sold out. And no choice for the free gift - I was going to order another shaker as mine has always been so hard to open it has to be levered off so would have ordered another on the free option if it was available

It would be useful to have some more…
It would be useful to have some more non shake options. I dislike shakes & others may too. I like fact milk not needed as mixer. Some eg porridge or meal to bite on would be nice ( I don’t mean bars which you already have )

This diet has changed my life
This diet has changed my life. March 2023 I was 120kg and on the tip of diabetes and probably liver disease. August 2023 I am currently 89.5kg. I've lost a total of 30kg and am on my way to losing 30kg more.
I followed the Intensive Programme for 16 weeks under medical supervision (regular doctor visits and a dietician), and have been doing 15 minutes of running and 7 minutes of HIIT every day. I did not stray with the diet.
Optifast has saved my life. I still have a long way to go, and following the diet is so hard, but it is so worth it. Please give it a chance. Some flavours you will not like, and others you will, but it's got everything you need to get through the day. Follow each level, do not skip a level.
I recommend getting the Protein Plus - and honestly, it doesn't taste as good as the normal flavours, but it DOES fill you up.
My advice is that it takes time to get used to. Not 2 weeks, or even a month. Give it 2 months. I know it's hard to stick to - trust me. I was incredibly tempted to come off of it, but when I saw the results, I was so happy. I've lost almost 10 inches off my hips.
For me it was a shake for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch, and a dessert for dinner for 16 weeks. Now I have a shake for breakfast, a protein bar for lunch and a 350 cal meal from a Weight Loss Meal prep company so I stay calorie controlled.
As for weight loss consistency with this diet, it has mostly been an easy downward line. However, don't be disheartened when you don't lose any. There have been 3 times on this diet where I was the same weight for a whole week, despite never wavering on the diet. My body soon got over it and started to lose again. In fact, when I was 93 kilos, I went to 94 for 2 weeks, though I didn't know why.
It is really important to do muscle training on this diet, not just cardio. I recommend buying some cheap dumbells if you are too nervous to go to the gym. There is a great app (it's free but you can pay for Pro) called 7 that does HIIT exercises. It is INTENSE and I couldn't do half the moves when I started, but am much better now. Putting on muscle will make the scales groan a bit, but you're still losing weight!
You CANNOT have a cheat day on this diet. At all. Stick to all the phases until completion.
Do not do this diet intensely if you are not obese. It is meant for obese people with a high BMI.
I am currently on Active Level 2 and am enjoying a meal under 350 calories.
Overall, I am so happy with Optifast, as it was simple to follow and not overly expensive. It was worth every dollar.
I have not finished my journey yet but Optifast is holding my hand throughout it all.
