Website not easy to follow with different bundles. One month bundle was 30 sachets another 40 sachets both same price.

Trying the NHS Diabetic diet
Trying the NHS Diabetic diet - on prescription in England but not Wales where our Doctors haven't even heard of it! Gone from 3 lots of insulin a day to zero. All tastes very nice. Easy to stick to. I have lost almost 2 stone or 11kg in 2 months. Blood sugar readings down in the low 4 to 5 range. Hopefully will have cured my type 2 diabetes but too early to tell yet. Great service from optifast. Not cheap but cheaper than food!

I dislike the fact that coffe shakes…
I dislike the fact that coffe shakes are not available as they are my favourite ones, and obviously not only mine if sold out. if product is so popular, why not manage the stock better....
