Best place for value
First time ordering from this company. Certainly you get better value with price as bundles are available. Haven't tried this product before so will review the product later

Nice Shakes and Bars
Update - they finally sorted out the problem satisfactorily, I have updated my review to 4 stars as after using the product, the shakes taste really nice, have a lovely texture and flavour, also they’re not too sweet like other shakes I have tried. All the flavours taste really nice also.
The replacement bars also have a very nice taste and are filling, as it’s made by Nestle the chocolate tastes good.
I have also have more energy and feel better on this plan compared to other low calorie diet plans, due to the quality of protein, vitamins and minerals used. As it’s made by Nestle they definitely know what they’re doing.
I would have given 5 stars for the product, although they need to sort out their customer services side.

They sent dry and mouldy bars, which was reported to customer services the next day after delivery, all details and pictures were sent, I requested their return several times and they keep asking the same question and refuse to return. Without even testing the product they have deduced that there is nothing wrong with the bars from pictures.
Bad customer service, after weeks of chasing, they promised to refund and then didn’t send out the return label, after further chasing, they promised to replace the products and the retracted the offer.
I also never received any contact from Claire who replied to my review pretending to be concerned, more like concerned about the genuine bad review.

Too many emails
I made an order but because optifast bombarded me with so many emails I ended up imputing the wrong code and missed out on getting 3 for 2 on the products I ordered.

You gave me a free gift of 8 soups…
You gave me a free gift of 8 soups which I did not want and an optifast handbook which you have already given me before - I would rather have a choice or cost of shakes have gone up alot recently so those to be less expensive or money off the delivery - you said only spend another .29 to get money off delivery when you gave me free 8 soups and I have to pay 3.99 for delivery

Taster pack with all flavours would be preferable
While there is a starter offer where two flavours of shakes/soups can be ordered with a shaker bottle at a discount, it would have been much better if it had been possible to buy a taster pack with one portion of each shake/soup flavour they offer. This way it would make it much easier for a prospective customer to decide if the brand is the right one for them. Unless the two flavours I ordered are absolutely amazing and much better than the starter kit of a competitor, I'm likely to choose the other brand because I'll be able to try all flavours first and do not have to buy a full pack of each of them in order to find my favourite ones.

Free products with purchase a fraud
I purchased shakes in February and on purchase was meant to have ‘free’ meal replacement bars sent with my order. I then again bought shakes in March and was meant to have ‘free’ soup sent with my order. On both occasions the ‘free’ products failed to arrive. Having contacted customer services there response was to ask me to prove that there was meant to be free products with my purchases. I responded how unprofessional they were but provided screen shots to prove they offered free products with the purchase. There response then was that I must not have completed the online order correctly so they would not provide the free products. So you cannot trust Nestle to actually provide its offer and should be very wary of purchasing from them.

You used Royal Mail. On your website I chose 2-3 days delivery, Royal Mail are not delivering until Tuesday. That's 4 days. You used to use a courier service and when I ordered on a Friday my order came on a Sunday

Products are easy to order and offer free delivery if a certain amount is purchased.
There also is a choice of next day delivery service
But the normal delivery is usually within 3 days.
