Great ordering experience and the shakes are delicious too!
Easy to navigate website. Discount code offer provided an incentive to order. Smooth transaction with immediate order confirmation. Items are usually delivered quickly and kept informed when to expect delivery.
The shakes are great especially my favourite ‘coffee’ I would buy more regularly but I find that they are a bit too expensive.

I purchased the 6 week meal plan where…
I purchased the 6 week meal plan where they were offering 30% off. Upon payment they only took 10% discount off the total and now Optifast are arguing and not agreeing to refund me the remaining 20%. It stated 30% on their website and this has not been offered.

Optifast fan for years
I've been an Optifast fan for years. Having always struggled with my weight, I stumbled across the vanilla shakes in a pharmacy in Australia originally (years ago!).
I use them now blended with lots of ice and a banana as a meal replacement and they keep me filled for hours - it truly is a good way to balance out the calories.
If I'm desperate I'll go via a major online retailer who charge almost 200% for the same product - but I can get a very last minute next day delivery.
Going via Optifast directly is much much cheaper, and their service is prompt. No need to subscribe - free next day delivery if over £50, and they use a decent courier (so updates are real time).
Definitely a fan of buying my shakes direct via optifast.co.uk.
