I love the products & they’re definitely helping me as part of the Newcastle Diet.
This is the third order that I’ve placed, However I’m disappointed with the lack of stock. I would normally order one of the bundle boxes, but have had to order 6 individual boxes this time.
There’s also no indication when stocks will be replenished which doesn’t help when trying to maintain weight loss.
Other than that - I love it.

Don’t count on the referral program marketing
While the product is excellent the companies referral program is a poorly managed marketing gimmick to entice sales. Referral credit never allocated to the referring account, one can only presume because of the dispatch system not allocating a successful dispatch to the referral code account.

I have lost 23:1/4 pounds with Optifast…
I have lost 23:1/4 pounds with Optifast in 8 weeks. My wife and I have both been on it. She is now within NHS determined BMI range. We are finding it easy to use whilst away from home or on holiday.

Too many out of stock

So many items were sold out
So many items were sold out. Which meant not much choice left. It’s a great product and very important to help us to loose our extra weight so it’s very important that you have the products in stock for us to be able to continue with the programme. All the bundles out of stock and lots of shake flavours out of stock

Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. I received my products, found them to taste terrible and wanted to return the unused product. You have 14 days to do so and I am now going on my fifth day of jumping hoops just to return items and their response is it has to through quality control. I do not recommend this company. If you do, buy only one thing to see how you get on or you’ll be out of pocket
