I would avoid onward at all costs

I would avoid onward at all costs.
The experience I have had since living at this property has been horrific!
I have been here over a year with 3 young children, I still don’t have appropriate heating.
I have to rely on electric heaters to keep us warm.
My year’s electricity bill has been over £2700, thanks to this issue.
I have now had to instruct a solicitor to resolve this issue for me.
Onward have not been any help what so ever, just obstructive and rude.
The house was an absolute disgrace when I moved in, I was homeless and I didn’t have a choice but to except.
The house is falling apart.
The only positive thing I have to say was the lady who I spoke to on the phone yesterday, at the call centre was extremely helpful and really nice.
This was a very refreshing experience compared to what I am used to with this company.

Mark from the mould team was absolutely…

Mark from the mould team was absolutely amazing.
Friendly chatty good conversation.
Checked in with the office regards possibly Asbestos present before he could start any work took the time to wait for the outcome -refused a brew whilst waiting haa haa safety aware for himself and me.explained the whole process to me. Got on with what needed doing kept it as clean & tidy as he could tidied up afterwards.
Bathroom look amazing again.
Mark was a real joy to have at my property today.

Darren b and Damon .. from start to finish the work carried out was done to the highest of standard and Darren cleaned up after him self he was very polite the work he done is great even putting the trim round the bath as the old silicone wouldn't come off , im very happy with it from start to finish.. I would have him back in my home anytime to do a job xx

John from the dmc team

Lois called to pull forward our appointment which was amazing as we are travelling soon. John from the dmc team did our mould wash and he was such a pleasure, he is very polite and his standards of work are outstanding, very smart and neat, he managed to sort out all the places we have been struggling with mould, all looking as good as new!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received today over the phone. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to fully understand my query and handled everything with patience and clarity.
What stood out the most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. She communicated clearly throughout and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
