Customer service from Marc is exceptional.

Your engineer came out pretty quickly at near midnight on a very hot day and was able to diagnose and fix a problem with our wiring. He had great customer service skills and was a pleasure to talk to.

Always good to have continuity of personnel.Paul was as usual helpful, friendly and efficient.

The engineer arrived on time. He behaved in a professional maner and completed the alarm service explaining the steps he took as he went about his work. Finally he left the house as he found it with no mess left behind.

We paid a deposit on 6 March 2026 for fire alarm works.

Only after repeated emails and considerable chasing were installation dates eventually confirmed for 6 and 7 May 2026. However, the works did not proceed, as we were informed at the last moment that the required parts were unavailable.

Despite numerous further follow-ups over the following weeks, we were never provided with a firm replacement installation date. Our latest email, sent on 22 June 2026, was also left unanswered.

This was particularly concerning because the works were related to Health & Safety compliance. The poor communication, repeated delays and failure to provide a clear plan wasted a considerable amount of our time and left us exposed to ongoing uncertainty and risk.

We have now lost confidence in Chubb’s ability to complete the works within a reasonable timeframe and have formally requested cancellation and a full refund of our deposit.

Based on our experience, the level of service, communication and handling of this matter has been completely unacceptable.
