Absolute joke of a housing association…

Absolute joke of a housing association spoke to moh today about a leak in the property that hat has been ongoing for 3 months they failed to turn up in march to repair to be told by the so called specialist moh that he can’t make them show up just advise them it needs fixing.
So I’ll live in a home that has a leak from the upstairs to the downstairs thanks onward homes.

Room cold

Hi
I’m living Liverpool onward homes from November 2022 since 2 bedrooms are very cold visiting lot of engineers no one resolved this issue I don’t know what’s going on

Excellent customer service

Julie answered my call very sufficiently and handled my query with lots of care and was very attentive to my needs and trying to resolve the issues I had raised, brilliant customer service as always from onward!

Work

Carl dmc came today to do a mould wash he was very very professional and the most helpful workman I have had out to my property he rang to organise more work for me that he noticed needing doing I would highly recommend Carl to anybody thank you so much

Harley was absolutely brilliant

Harley was absolutely brilliant, ive had a blocked toilet for quite a few days and other call handlers were not helping at all, called in today and harley sorted the problem within a few minutes, thank you Harley!
