Brilliant, professional service

I have a Speed Steam Generator 333202 which is less than two years old and the boiler screw became stuck, despite having religiously performed the descaling process each time the descale button illuminated. The only way to loosen it was to use a socket and the plastic turn-screw split during the process. I contacted customer support and was told that, unfortunately, the screw assembly was “out of stock” and was given a list of retailers who may stock the part, to no avail. I pointed out that the generator was still under warranty and was then asked to supply various photos and other information regarding my maintenance of the product. The outcome is that I am now being sent a completely new steam generator so cannot fault the customer service I received. Thank you Jessica at Morphy Richards for your swift responses to my emails.

Millie was so helpful in responding to my request for help with descaling my steam iron. I had to come back to her a month later and she responded so the continuity was maintained which was also great. Empathy and clear instructions of action to be taken. Thankyou. Great service.

To be honest, I've always had a Morphy Richards iron and, at 75 yrs that's quite a claim: they've kept me company all my adult life - so when my last iron started to show its age, I was on the hunt for a new one. I didn't want anything fancy, just an iron that would do its job - no fancy steamers for me. I went on to Morphy Richards website and immediately found exactly what I was looking for - and in my favourite purple colour. The price was right too: I can't afford fancy prices for such an essential. Without more ado I ordered it and within a few days it was with me. It's a perfect match for me and we make a perfect team. I cannot recommend Morphy Richards more. It makes a chore (I actually don't like ironing!) less time consuming as it whizzes through the creases and I love the end result of freshly ironed clothes.

I contacted Morphy Richards customer service yesterday regarding my coffee machine that had sadly broken after only 8 months. The customer service was brilliant: really clear communication, so polite and professional and I had an initial response back the same day. By this morning it’s resolved and a new one is on its way to me. I never write reviews but when you receive excellent customer service it should be shouted out. Had a problem with my Steam Iron made a claim under my extended warranty, filled in one form sent a few photos and it was replaced. A complete efficient and hassle free process.

I bought an air cooler during the heatwave and when it arrived, there were some parts of the instructions I struggled with so emailed the customer service team via the contact form on the website. The team got back to me within 24 hours answering each of my questions, along with photos and diagrams to help explain. They also forwarded my comments to the technical team in case the instruction manual can be improved as a result of my feedback. The support from the team resolved all our issues and the cooler has saved us during the heatwave (it's a FlexiFreeze 7L air cooler), and I would buy from Morphy Richards again knowing how helpful their customer service team are.

The mini oven does not cook food properly has caused so many arguments because food is not cooked o n max spin for over an hour even a small chicken bearly browns after an hour plus I'm throwing mine out as rubbish because that what it is! Maybe it works after 2 hours cooking or more not practical for the real world 🤔

The suction on this hoover is so incredibly terrible that it makes more dirt than actually cleaning
