I needed to replace an old softener and contacted Monarch and received a good explanation of the available softeners. Once I paid a date was arranged for the install and I received a message from Dave with a time. He arrived as promised and installed the new softener with no fuss and explained how to use the app. Thanks.

The engineer who visited us to service our water softener, Richard Lawrence, did an excellent job, but when he tested it, he discovered that we had a blockage in the drain. Once we'd got that sorted out, he kindly returned in his own time to check everything was working as it should. I can't speak highly enough of Monarch and Richard. Thank you!

Easy to deal with

Amost helpful sales team helped me settle on the softener I needed. Dave W came to fit it. A very pleasant guy, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to have in my home.

Richard the engineer called round to do the first service on our water softener. He explained everything and showed me the internal workings and what the service entailed. He also explained the system set up and advised on the best salt tablets to use. He was friendly and courteous throughout. Great service. See you next year.

Their water softener is a total game changer! I don't know why nobody has recommended it to me sooner. The costs are reasonable, their deliver the salt promptly and so far I had a good experience with customer support.

I have a water softener in a house I moved into which hadn’t been serviced for a long time. Dave W came and serviced it. He was prompt, quick, clear and a pleasure to deal with. A couple of parts changed (precautionary) and hopefully all working smoothly now.

DaveW fitted a Monarch Midi HE PRO Water Softener for us in 90 minutes, including changes to the pipework to make it much easier to refill. The previous Monarch device had softened 1.8M litres of water during its lifetime, with no maintenance. Dave did an excellent, tidy installation job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dave or Monarch Water Softeners.

Dave W is a legend! We’d been left without soft water for a year due to a plumbing problem unrelated to the Monarch machine. Dave managed to quickly identify and sort the problem whilst at the same time servicing the water softener. He was professional, courteous and careful. All in all an excellent experience!

Excellent service by Richard Lawrence. He arrived exactly within the pre-arranged time slot to service my water softener. He was professional, tidy, and highly knowledgeable and he also replace the motor which was outdated and showing signs of future problems as part of that service, going above and beyond my expectations.
