Service engineer, Dave W, turned up on time . Carried out the first service and replaced a broken motherboard. He provided a clear explanation of what he had done.

Dave W was our great engineer, good coms, diagnosed the 20 year old unit was totally failed and replaced it. Arrived as planed sorted new unit and installed.. Superb service..

Richard from Monarch did a great job fixing our water softener. He quickly found the problem and got it sorted without any fuss, which was much appreciated.

What impressed us most was how thorough he was. Once the repair was done, he tested everything to make sure it was working properly before he left. He also took the time to explain what had caused the issue and what he'd done to fix it, which was really helpful.

Richard was friendly, worked neatly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the job is done properly.

Antony arrived well within the time that was mentioned , very cheerful and polite, soon got on the job , to service water softener, he answered a couple of my questions . Everywhere left clean and tidy when he said his goodbyes, a credit to your team .

Dominic the engineer very helpful & knowledgeable regarding fitting new softener in small kitchen unit replacing my old softener, very neat & tidy .

Good advice re replacement and installation by Richard was excellent, providing a great service, helping over new valves and arranging repositioning of new unit. Very good.

The engineer Richard was on time, very professional and explained the problems with our old water system and provided options without any pressure. The old one was nearly 10 years old and we hadn’t had it serviced for 6 years.
Although Richard could have replaced the broken parts, we opted for the new WiFi unit/ system which is working very well and is already making a difference to our hard water.
We will make sure we have an annual service now.
