While the product was good. Once it gad an issue an absolute night mare to book a repair in. Called a number of times sent email and there is no response. Thinking of throwing it away and get another brand.

This was my first experience directly with Monarch, with Dave W coming out to do the first service on our softener. He was pleasant and friendly to deal with and explained everything to me. Very happy.

Engineer Dave W came to service my softener- recommended a plan and what an amazing engineer Dave is. I actually pre booked on the condition it’s Dave W that comes. His manners customer care is First Class. Thank you Dave

Dom from Monarch came to look at our water softener that had completely stopped working and dried up.
He immediately sorted out what the problem was, fixed it and then gave very good advice regarding how to stop it happening again.

Richard installed our new Midi HE to replace an older version which was installed around 25 years ago after only recently failing!
Richard was polite, courteous and punctual and did a great job!

Richard explained the options very clearly on our elderly water softener after his initial inspection.
We chose a new part which was reasonably priced.
He was professional yet friendly and left our under stairs cupboard in top condition after experiencing cramped conditions in a heatwave.

The engineer arrived on time and was very keen to carry out the task in hand. He explained what the problem was, we discussed the remedy and he repaired and carried out the work very satisfactory.

We had a visit by Dave W who carried out a two year service on our Monarch Water Softener. He was professional in his work and arrived within the time scale he provided the day before.

I had my Monarch unit for over 10 years with no issues and I had never serviced it. A recent issue arose , with it impacting the water pressure. Booking on engineer was easy & able to get the appointment quickly. The engineer, Dave W, came out. Supper friendly & efficient. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Took me through the issue and demonstrated the problem. Offered a choice of solutions being really clear about pros & cons of both but not pushing any particular one. I drew the conclusion to replace the unit as being the most cost effective in the long run. Dave replaced the unit quickly & cleanly - the under sink area is very tight with lots of plumbing which Dave had no problem working round. Dave took me through the new unit, app and what to expect next. Reasonably price unit which has been very reliable historically and I’m expecting the new unit to be much the same

Just had Richard Lawrence round for a fault with the water softener. What a great engineer, swapped out my old unit for a new one. No fuss just got on with a difficult installation without delay. Had everything on his van to complete the job in one visit. Quick demo of the new unit, cleaned up everything and even boxed up the old unit ready for the dump. Worked in a small room in 30+ heat without a single complaint. Nice one Richard, keep up the great work.👍

Monarch have been regularly servicing my water softener. Their engineer Richard Lawrence did the last service a few days ago and was very thorough in his checks. I've had the softener for 14 years and had no issues thus far. I would definitely recommend the company for great after sales service.

Great products - I upgraded my current water treatment to the latest one. Their engineer (David W) came to fit it - he did a great job explained everything, neat and tidy. Fully recommend
