I moved into a house that had an older monarch filter fitted and was looking to replace the filter. I spoke to Lizzie at Monarch who explained all the options available to me. I decided to replace the unit with a newer unit as that was more financially viable. Richard did the install within a few days and was friendly, helpful and did a great job replacing the older unit.
Overall a great experience with everyone at Monarch.

We had a problem with our Monarch water softener and I contacted Monarch for a service call. Dave W arrived, after advising me if his expected time of arrival. He quickly explained what the problem was and that a replacement softener was the best option. Dave had a new softener on the van and this was fitted promptly and with little disruption. Very pleased with the service given by Dave W

Old softener leaking so booked a repair. Richard from Monarch assessed the cost to repair and decided more cost effective to replace the unit. Great service and very professional. Richard also refitted the new softener to give better access.

Dave W of Monarch Water attended today to rectify faults with our water softener. He identified immediately that the machine was beyond repair and was able to install a new unit there and then. Dave W from Monarch water softener visited yesterday. Our device was not working. He analysed the situation quickly, removed the faulty parts, replaced them, fitted extra parts, tested the system and cleaned everything up.

While the product was good. Once it gad an issue an absolute night mare to book a repair in. Called a number of times sent email and there is no response. Thinking of throwing it away and get another brand.
