Engineer arrived on time. Good communication throughout the visit. Answered all of my questions and changed the motor which he thought was about to fail.

We cannot believe the difference in our water. It feels so soft and we actually get bubbles in the bath

The water softener has worked well and the customer support is excellent. I misunderstood how the softener worked, contacted Monarch support which answered quickly and the person I spoke to quickly sorted by my misunderstanding.

I had my Monarch Midi fitted this year, my first ever water softener. I live in Suffolk which is an extremely hard water area. The difference between hard and soft water is remarkable! We now have ever shiny bathrooms and kitchen, we use less detergents and soap/shampoo and our skin and hair quality have improved. Would recommend this softener and company.

I purchased and installed my Monarch softener after my 15 years old previous unit from another well known manufacturer stopped producing softened water. The Monarch Softener is an excellent replacement. Very easy to install and set up. In a nutshell its an excellent product. I've been living with in for 1 year now and I'm very happy with it performance.

We had the older unit and decided to upgrade. This has made some difference, however not sure the new filter is lasting as long as stated as the water taste has started to diminish after 14 months.

Extremely disappointing water filter, taps toilets and surfaces still need descaling. Told by manufacturers that I couldn't expect the same effect as with my previous water softener. I think I should have been told that when I purchased it

Had a much cheaper water softener at our previous property and whilst we were pleased with it, the Monarch softener we have in this property makes the previous one look completely inadequate. It truly converts our very hard water into luxuriously soft water that leaves zero calcification everywhere. Really pleased. We took out their maintenance contract on it as it’s well worth it to keep it in tip-top condition.

Excellent piece of equipment, replaced my old Monarch water softener which had served me well for 20+years, the new model is an improvement and was easy to switch the old out for the new and easy to set up.

Well it takes about 4 months before it needs topping up with salt so we are not sure its working!

Our water softener had been disconnected during the renovation of our kitchen. Monarch's engineer, Richard Lawrence, came out to service the water softener and to check that it had been reconnected properly by the plumber involved in the kitchen project, to conduct a service and do any required repairs. He did an excellent job in all respects. He was very patient in dealing with our questions, and was always able to explain things in layman's terms. Finally, he was very courteous and a pleasure to have around.

Richard successfully diagnosed and fixed the faulty electronics in my water softener. He was at all times polite and professional.

Richard was punctual and had a pleasant manner. He thoroughly examined and cleaned the softener unit and replaced the necessary parts. He explained throughout what he was doing. Richard allayed my fears about the suitability of the unit.

Our water softener was 7 years old and required some attention so contacted Monarch. Richard was assigned to investigate and sadly the resin was causing a blockage. We discussed all options and decided to replace with a new updated model.
I highly recommend Richard, he was very helpful, answering any questions we had and we now have a nice new shiny water softener installed.

After accepting a quote provided by customer services, an engineer attended as arranged to replace our old Monarch Midi water softener, which had lasted 12 years, with a new HE edition one. He was polite, professional and happy to answer questions. He carefully checked that everything was in good working order before he left, and left things clean and tidy. Price paid was the price quoted. (No unexpected extras.) Happy with the service received.
