I had a good Plumber who recommended Monarch and installed it with the least amount of inconvenience. I like the look of the machine and is easy to get at and fill with Salt. I don't use as much Body Wash. I do have dry skin but haven't paid enough attention to my legs when showering and hope, with the passage of time that condition will improve. Thank you for your Service.

Our existing softener was giving poor water pressure, thus needing a new bed, so we decided to replace with a new one. Ordered from my local merchant & was fitted within days. Monarch service dept were very helpful once again.

I have had several water softeners over the years an American made one that survived 3 house moves and lasted 25 years but used a lot of salt. I can't yet testify as to this water softeners longevity but I can state it is very frugal on salt consumption also very quiet while regenerating and the hardness testing kit that come with it is a useful tool. Five Stars all the way. Oh and inexpensive too.

The Monarch water filter system is a great substitute to a softener. We still have feint limescale marks, but the residue we have is easily able to be wiped off the taps etc. Also we can drink directly from all taps (quality water) and don't have to worry about which taps deliver salted/softened water... which, quite frankly, is disgusting.

We initially had trouble with a unit as we had a third party install it. We were still in warranty so decided to get in touch with Monarch direct. WOW what a company the know their stuff. Polite professional and sorted out our water softener very quickly.
They also offered us a yearly service

The installer was from a local firm, Warm-touch, that we have used many times before for other heating and plumbing issues. Adam recommended the model of Monarch water softener for our usage. The installer was very quick and thorough and included increasing the pressure through the system, which was a bonus. The Monarch unit that he recommended has worked quietly and efficiently since installation and is producing excellent softened water. I recommend Monarch and Warm-Touch

Old unit removed, new unit installed, excellent service from David Plume. Explained how new unit worked compared to old (15 year old) model. Cleaned tidied work area and took all packaging away.

The water softener arrived safely within a few days of ordering with comprehensive and understandable instructions for fitting. Using that guidance I was able to plan its position within a new sink base, to decide upon the layout of new pipework, and to work with my plumber on the installation day. We were both impressed with the softener and the external components. It has been working satisfactorily since commissioning 3 months ago. Full marks for quality.

Good product and easily fitted. Has made a huge difference at home. The old unit was 25 yers old and broken. I would have preferred to buy direct, rather than from a plumbers merchant, as it was not cheap.

I'm very impressed with the water softener I have had it for more than three months and I have only used one bag of salt tablets and that bag is still running the machine, my washing machine cleans better and my dishwasher, I also love the bath and showers my skin feels better

The new softener has performed well since installation. It gives good results all round and is extremely cost effective to run compared to the old unit.

We had a defunct water softener for quite awhile and initially were going to replace it. Our friend (heating/plumber) suggested that the Monarch was a better proposition.
As the pipe work, including bypass, was already fitted the installation was pretty easy other than the supplied braided pipes were too stiff to manipulate into position so we used the original pipes with new seals. The filter also takes up less room than the old water softener.
Installation information was easy to understand and having tap water that no longer smells or tastes like swimming pool water is wonderful, and having an annual filter replacement instead of needing to constantly buy salt is a bonus. The level of hard water scale is noticeably reduced. As an aside our dog would never drink tap water prior to installation but now happily laps it up. Overall very pleased with this filter.
