Richard Lawrence came to service my water softener today. He arrived within the time slot he had informed me of the night before. He sorted out the 2 minor issues I was concerned about quickly and easily explaining what he was doing and working neatly and tidily. Very impressed with his knowledge and the professional way he worked. Thank you very much.

Dave W arrived exactly the time he promised. He asked about the water softener and quickly tested everything and replaced all the parts that needed updating. Or were worn.
He found that our water pressure was too high, and fitted an adjustable pressure gauge, which we had to pay for.
He was very tidy, answered all our questions and left us with a service plan which we are thinking of taking out.
He was very efficient and pleasant.
Would certainly request him next time.

Monarch have given me excellent customer service and technical advice over the years. My 15 year old water softener was knackered and I was told it wasn’t worth repairing. So they recommended I consider their new Midi Pro model currently on promotion. It was delivered today and fitted by Dave W who went above and beyond. There was quite a bit of plumbing reorganisation to do in a tight space, but fortified with an alcohol-free lager I provided he expertly solved every issue. Cool and calm where I would have been swearing and sweaty he left me with everything set up and the old water softener boxed up to take to the tip. A very professional service and I fully expect the new softener to be a big improvement.

Fixed my issue first time round- he didn’t know what he was going to be faced with when he arrived but he had all the parts, performed a service on the softener that I wasn’t expecting. All fixed within an hour.

Our water softener has not been serviced since it was installed 7 years ago and was starting to show signs of ageing. Dave W was assigned to our job. He informed us of his expected time of arrival and arrived on time. Dave proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I had been doing wrong for the last six and a half years! He completely refurbished/rebuilt the machine and explained in detail what he had done. Dave is a great ambassador for Monarch Water.
