Great service
Short wait due to stock availability but that was not a problem. Urchins arrived very well packed and in great condition. Competitive pricing and reasonable delivery cost. Would definitely buy from again.

Great delivery experience
Ordered 3 turbo snails. Arrived in great condition and were lovely examples! Packaging was solid and was delivered in no time at all. I’ll be using these guys again, probably very soon!

Perfect aptaisia cure
Despite the fish arriving 2 and a half hours after being expected, because the courier couldn't find my house in the first place,they were alive, although very lethargic looking. Today, they look very happy in my aquarium with all of their new friends. File fish, I know from personal experience are the BEST AND CHEAPEST way to be free of aptaisia.

You’re absolutely right about filefish—they’re little aiptasia-eating machines and often a more affordable and natural solution compared to chemical treatments. Hopefully, they get right to work on any pesky anemones you’ve got left!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, well packed, had our stock delivered without any issues — the delivery process was smooth, timely, and well-coordinated. It’s always a relief when logistics are handled efficiently, especially in a busy setting like this. I had a great experience with Marine World — made everything easy from start to finish.
I had a clean-up crew and a fish delivered, and the process was smooth and professional. The livestock arrived in excellent condition, and the packaging was secure and well-handled. It’s clear they take animal health and care seriously, even during transport.
Highly recommend — I’ll definitely use them again.

No Customer Care
Everything went smoothly until I tried to contact them to find the status of my order. They would not answer the phones or their online chat. I tried email and got no help at all. All I wanted was to access my account online to check on the status of my order. In the end I called them scammers to try to get their attention. That worked. They cancelled my order and refunded my money. Their customer care is non existent.

I have ordered a couple of times from this company. Every time I have been very impressed by the overall quality. Everything from the customer care and support to the packaging, to the ultra fast delivery.
The livestock seem very healthy too.

I’ve ordered from these guys before and…
I’ve ordered from these guys before and not had a problem but it seems when there is a problem. Nobody gets back to you. I’ve been waiting three weeks for a response. Sometimes the livestock will turn up within a few days. Sometimes it could be 10 days this time they did not give me any notice of delivery and when they delivered I was out so changed the delivery date for the next day and then I got a message from the delivery company saying they have cancelled that delivery date and they scheduled the next day when the livestock arrived most were dead the ones that were alive died in the fish tank, this is the delivery companies fault but I have emailed marine world Aquatics six times and have not had a response so I will be doing a charge back on my debit card to get my money back
