I have been buying from marine world for a long time now all livestock is 100% first class never had a problem at all hes such a nice guy he goes above and beyond slight problem today with delivery which ive never experienced before always been spot on i contacted marine world he then contacted courier service and problem was resolved in 20 minutes top quality service 100% i would highly recommend he truely cares about you as a valued customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy transaction. Fish dispatched & delivered as promised. Though they didn't arrive until late afternoon. Perhaps a before midday delivery would cause less stress. Just a suggestion not a complaint.

Excellent online service
Online service was easy to use and corals are exactly what I wanted. Service was very quick as I ordered on the Tuesday evening and was delivered to Scotland Thursday afternoon. All packaged very well and after acclimatised corals where all open that evening. Would not hesitate to order again. Many thanks.

Disappointing
I don’t often write reviews online, but feel obliged to if only to raise awareness of my experience so others can make a more informed decision.
We ordered a relatively cheap beginners tank. The amazon sellers were out of stock, so we looked online and found Marine World Aquatics. The price was cheaper, and nothing suggested it wasn’t in stock.
Once ordered the confirmation email stated
‘Allow your order to be assigned for up to 30 days, in which we hope to obtain your stock in this time’.
Days later I used their chat tool on the website, politely asking for an up date, the response didn’t leave me any wiser. My wife called them the following day and was just given excuses regarding staff levels, and that they were waiting for the order to be delivered from their supplier (they intimated they only order these when they receive an order). My wife felt fobbed off. I then sent an email maybe a week later asking for an update, no response. I sent a further email 3 days later informing them of my intention to cancel if I didn’t get an email back. A few days after that I got confirmation that my order had been cancelled. Finally.
NOTE: Marine World Aquatics. Add a line on your website to every product (non livestock) that you have no intention of stocking. Simply saying that ‘the item isn’t stocked, however the item is generally available within 30 days’. Then if / when you receive an order, liaise with your supplier and provide an accurate update via email to your customer telling them when it will arrive. If this is unachievable because of your lack of staff, then you should question why you are trading. This is really basic customer service, and it certainly won’t help you grow your business and reputation.
Also when you cancel an order, perhaps send an email apologising for the inconvenience. Again basic customer service.
Very disappointing experience. I would never use them again, and would advise to proceed with caution if you are considering a similar purchase.

While our order confirmation does advise that some non-livestock items may take up to 30 days to be sourced from our suppliers, we appreciate that clearer updates throughout the process would have made your experience much better.
