Stressless bed buying
On our first visit we were shown all the beds that fit our criteria. We were then emailed with all the relevant information. On our second visit we met with Lucy once again who continued to be very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. She made the whole experience stressless and we made a purchase there and then. When it came to sorting out delivery times and the practicalities of dates , assembly etc Lucy could not have been more helpful.

Amazing Grace.
I was amazed by their level of customer service. I put pressure on them to supply multiple items from different locations to coincide with a specific date. Their calmness and help with dedicated lady Sophie to coordinate was superb. Apart from Royal Mail losing one pillow the replacement was out almost immediately when notified.
Thank you so much for such friendliness and professionalism. A rarity today.

To be honest it would have been a 5…
To be honest it would have been a 5 star but for the courier who delivered the mattress. My mum is 82 and I did mention this in the notes when I placed the order but because she didn’t answer the second the courier reached the front door so he mattress was left in the front porch way. As a result a 5’3” 82 year old woman was made to drag a big heavy Emma mattress box into the house which caused her severe back pain for some time. Why have a notes section of the courier delivering it can’t be bothered to read it. Great mattress though

Wood finish not adequate quality
The bedframe itself is good quality and easy to assemble. However, the finish on the wood is not what I expected (described as "Coated in a warm antique paint") - it was rough stained wood so I had to paint it with a clear satin finish varnish.

After being let down by another company I tried Land of Beds and am very happy with the performance of this company. The bed was cheaper than buying directly from the manufacturer. The delivery was faster than anticipated. Overall, complete satisfaction with the whole process.

If i could have put no stars i would. Kept my mum waiting 5 weeks after being told 10 to 14 day kept calling to find out when it was going to be delivered and they kept changing the day my mum is 90 years old it wasnt fare what they where doing so we cancelled in in the end..... 7 days on still waiting for the money to be refunded. dont touch this company...

Relaxed environment
A relaxed environment for choosing a new bed. The staff were helpful, available when we needed questions answering but also happy to let us browse and try out beds without them hovering over us. We never felt under any pressure to make a purchase, the staff understanding that time is often required to make a decision.

The purchase of our new Emma mattress
The web site is simple to navigate giving clear guidance on the various mattresses that they sell.
We have an emma mattress so wanted to update it as we love them, the price was very competitive.
