Mattress was exactly as described, paid for collection of old one. Great service.

I am over 80. I really must change my mattress. I told the sales team, Land of Beds, Pemberton, Wigan, Very Friendly People, about my situation and an exciting option was pointed out to me. I fully support this solution, an unwrapped mattress.
It is to be delivered in a day or two and I am told that I will have a further opportunity to make an updated comment.

My experience yesterday and today with Louise was excellent. She helped us make the best decision for us. She emailed us choices of bed and when we rang to order she was efficient and helpful.

Julie from the sales team was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient when it came to me buying a new mattress. Thank you for all your help Julie, you are wonderful!

Ordered the Emma Original Hybrid and then got an email to say that I would be sent the Emma Lite but not to worry as it was the same spec, even though on the Emma website these are 2 different products and the Lite is not as good as the Original Hybrid. I have asked them to contact me as I will seek a refund if they cannot supply the product advertised and purchased.

Really appreciated the chat function on the website to help me decide on mattress- I’m always a bit dubious of chat but relieved to be directly with a ‘human’ and great advice received - highly recommend

Pretty smooth experience and the mattress topper I got was pretty good. The item was not in stock when I bought it but I was given prompt updates whenever the status of the shipment has changed.

I was confused by the wording of mattress, the Emma Hybrid Original and the Emma Original Hybrid aren't the same mattress. Who knew? Anyway, they tried to price match but I decided to go directly with Emma for a refurb. They answered the phone really quickly though, could easily understand who I was speaking too (I'm deaf so it really matters). And as much as there was some confusion they sorted everything out really quickly. I'll definitely use them again. Lovely people.

Ordering and the payment side was easy. I was kept well informed of when I could expect my delivery.
I was also kept well informed from the delivery company of when my delivery was due.
It was ordered on Monday and delivered on Friday so I am very happy with my ordering and delivery experience thank you 😀

The customer service was excellent from Laura who was very attentive and efficient and happy to answer any questionsthat I had. I am now really looking forward to the delivery of the Hypnos high profile latex pillows which I ordered.

Charley was very welcoming, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Had a problem with the trundle part of a guest bed we received last September. I contacted Jason in customer services last week who was most helpful. He arranged the replacement item, which was completed today, and kept me informed throughout. Many thanks to Jason for a first class service.

Louise was very pleasant and helpful. She gave us information about the mattress we were interested in and also the pillows, which we appreciated. She also gave me information as to whether I am eligible for VAT relief. Louise made it a pleasure to give ‘Land of Beds’ our order.

Hypnos Quality, but did it make that much difference . ... debatable.
