Really helpful and one of the few retailers that understands the VAT exemption rules properly and Charley was super helpful.

Amazing company with fantastic communication. Lovely to talk to real people who sort everything out. Great prices and service - Charley went out of her way to get me the information I requested and the whole purchase was speedily organised but without any sales pressure. All the staff I had contact with were kind and helpful - I didn’t think such personal service existed anymore. Would highly recommend.

Really good to buy from. I recently bought a new mattress and they were very helpful advising me which to choose. Also delivery was quick, it arrived today within the time frame they advertised and it was free delivery. The sales people I spoke to went out of their way to advise me and make suggestions which one to choose. It arrived today, so haven't slept on it yet.

Smooth & seamless transaction. went into the store to view the bed & mattress. Highly competitive price. Delivered to the room of our choice & old bed & mattress taken away. Very friendly delivery men, even put our headboard on for us. Highly recommended, excellent customer service. Will certainly be using when we buy another bed.

Ordered 2 tempur pillows and paid for next day delivery which should have arrived yesterday. Today I am still waiting for them to be delivered.

Ordered a new mattress and when I realised I’d ordered the wrong one (my fault) I contacted them to change the order.
Sophie handled this superbly and new mattress was delivered this week after only a few days.

I found the whole process of ordering the Matress and obtaining information about it very easy. The operators knew their stuff and were very polite and courteous so far so good.

The sales lady was really helpful and informative. We were allowed plenty of time to try the mattresses and didn’t feel pressured at any time. We have bought mattresses from Land of Beds before and we don’t even bother to look at other providers as we are so happy with the quality and service at Land of Beds.

Took me 20 mins to pop up easy as anything! Storage underneath is amazing! (Well needed) the bed looks lush! My mattress is also from land of beds which is the high grove stretton double and it’s lush and sooo comfy!

Ordered my two Hypnos pillows on Bank Holiday Monday and received them today, Wednesday. I think that is excellent service, and the pillows are perfect as I knew they would be.
