I would have given Land of Beds a higher rating, however the arrangements around their delivery company were a fiasco. It was impossible to get in touch with the delivery company directly or Hypnos to carry out a simple function such as change of delivery date
This took a lot of time with regard to emailing Land of Beds several times and it was only after their intervention, and much frustration that we eventually managed to arrange a delivery

Delivered quickly within a couple of days from the order. Quite easy for two people to put bed frame together.

Mattress we wanted at best price we could find & free delivery, advised within 10 days but actually arrived just two days after ordering.

I was looking on net for a hard mattress.
Land of bed had few of them. I started conversation on net about the given mattress. I ended up talking to Louise. I really appreciated excellent advice from her about seeing the bed in person as the shop was not far away from me.
I did go to shop and ordered a different mattress which was better and cheaper for my purpose. There was no hard sell from Louise at any point.
I really appreciate very good advice and help from her about choosing my mattress. She was great in giving me tiny discount in even the internet price.

Delivery within 48hrs was much appreciated.

So far it’s been great, I contacted them via online chat and chatted with Charlotte, she managed to get a great deal for me so I’m very happy and will update my review once the delivery is actually here. There were quite a few delays and issues regarding an order placed for a Healthbeds adjustable bed for my parent. There was quite a lengthy delay from the manufacturer to send the missing bed parts, which wasn't helped by Healthbeds summer shutdown, But I can only commend Nicola, from Land of Beds for her excellent communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way and for her determination in chasing the missing bed parts and sorting this order out. I often say that you do not realise how good a company is until things go wrong and the true test of a good customer service is how a company handles and rectifies any problems. So thank you, Nicola for your excellent 5 star customer service it has been very much appreciated.

well i was very happy with the service also the delivery drivers went out of there way to bring up stairs to my flat my new hybrid mattress because im unable to do it because im on crutches.

From the moment I walked into Land of Beds Wigan, I was greeted with a warm smile from all the staff there, which immediately made me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and the expert advice they gave me was invaluable in helping me decide which mattress was right for me. There was no pressure whatsoever, just genuine advice and great customer service.

I ended up purchasing an ottoman bed base with a mattress, along with a separate mattress, and, of course, a few cheeky little extras! I also treated myself to some luxury Harrison Spinks box pillows and two mattress protectors for the new mattresses. The protectors even come with a 12-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, as well as cover for liquid staining should the protector malfunction. Great peace of mind when investing in new mattresses.

To top it all off, I managed to purchase everything in the sale at a fantastic price, making the whole experience even better!

Unfortunately, I was charged twice, when purchasing online. It’s disappointing that it takes a few days to get refund despite it being no fault of mine and appears to be an IT error. These things happen but I am unable to give more than 3 stars based on the service I received so far.

I had a great experience chatting with Lucy S on the phone this morning. I was completely bewildered by the choice of mattresses but she remained calm and helped me to make an intelligent decision. Highly recommended and lovely to be able to speak to a real human being for a change!

Julie is an absolutely wonderful lady. She wasn't pushy like the other bed sales places we went to. Julie even remembered my name when I went to visit a second time. She's very down to earth and helped us when we needed her. Very pleasant experience. The bed we have purchased is a very good price too. Thank you very much!

Julie at the Frodsham showroom was very patient with us and all our questions, and very knowledgeable about all the different options and what might suit our requirements. She was so generous with her time allowing us space to try out the beds but always available to answer any queries. It’s very unusual these days to have such a personal and enthusiastic service, as well as someone so knowledgeable about their trade, and it made the whole experience enjoyable.
