Bad customer service for a loyal customer

I bought a shoe and use my $60 loyalty gift points and then the shoe went on sale two days later and it’s even less even after the $60 loyal to gift points are used and I still have not even received the shoes yet but you all still will not give me the lower cost of the shoe. It’s called very very bad service and I will probably not buy any more items from you again. You have lost a very happy customer and I still haven’t got my shoes delivered even though they cost more now.

My order was received early which is…

My order was received early which is great however it is for my birthday and it is way too tiny. Yes I am new to this brand however I absolutely love it. The dimensions were not too accurate or maybe I didn’t understand which is why I called and was given the wrong information. My birthday is the this Thursday and the bag is NOT going to work which truly sucks. I would have so gotten the size up and would have been happy to enhance my birthday look and still enjoy the bag another time. I am very sadly disappointed and therefore had to give a low experience because now I have no bag for my birthday dinner. Sucks!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. I’ve ordered a lot of bags from you guys but this recent order you guys dropped the ball. I paid for express shipping as this purse was a gift for my wife’s birthday. Even paying extra for shipping I still have not received my package and it was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Totally bs

I’m sure the shoes will be perfect. However I paid for express shipping and they were supposed to arrive Friday February 27th, but due to fedex having technical difficulties as the company always does my shoes still have not arrived but are now out for delivery as of today.

Love shopping online but more so in…

Love shopping online but more so in person due to foot ware not being true to size. I feel Kurt Greiger in-stores purchases should allow the merchant to add your purchase online account. It will make it easier to keep track of points. I had to send an email with my receipt so that Andres who asks me to forward it to him so that he can add my purchase on my account. This would be very convenient for us all enjoying your collection like me. Plus make it easier to keep track of the points once they become available. This can be a huge improvement for those who walk away without a receipt. I learn this from my first purchase in-store. I lost out on my points. Hope to see this problem implemented in my next purchase.
