FedEx Incompetence
My experience this time around with Kurt Geiger is more about after the sale treatment versus the product itself due to the fact that FedEx was incompetent in their delivery practices. Even though I have secure parcel lockers at my complex, the FedEx delivery guy chose to just leave it on the ground in the locker room. I don’t have possession of it still; so that gift will be very late. FedEx advised me to start the claim process with Kurt. Kurt lays the blame at FedEx’s feet … my $500 claim is still in process. Update: my claim from both Kurt Geiger AND FedEx was denied. My only recourse is to dispute the charge with my credit card company …

Not true to size
I loved the look of the sandals but they aren't true to size. I ordered a size 9 which is my daughters regular size but it was tight fitting so I returned the sandals so I can exchange for a larger size.
