I was really excited about the Velvet…
I was really excited about the Velvet Mini Kensington purse after seeing it online—the crystal-printed velvet and multicolor embellishments looked stunning on the website. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.
The construction is poor, and the bag feels surprisingly cheap for the price. Instead of a soft, luxurious velvet, the material felt stiff—almost like cardboard—which took away from the overall look and feel. While the design has potential, the quality just doesn’t match the expectations set by the photos.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with this purchase. It’s not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.

Hamilton metallic multi color purse
I received my Hamilton metallic multi color bag with the twilly, gift box and tag. However, the leather and brass chain cross body strap was missing. The bag is gorgeous! I just wanted the complete bag with all the accessories as it was advertised. I had to call customer service. They sent me three emails so that I would provide photos of my purchase. I did not want a return. I just wanted the strap sent to me. I paid in good faith. I thought that in good faith the strap would be sent without a review of the condition of the bag as I received it. This is my first purchase from this Brand and this experience left me frustrated because the photos didn't upload the first two attempts. I also felt like I was considered as a dishonest customer for reaching out to customer service concerning the missing accessory. The customer service representatives were nice. The process just is unfair. Currently I am waiting for them to let me know if they will send the this strap pending investigating of my photos. I was so excited for the item because it is a mother's day gift. I had also placed two more orders right after for sandals, belts and the Jelly tote. I pray these orders are okay. Please understand my position as a customer. Thank you for the feedback request.

Today is Thursday April 30th 2026. I am extremely pleased to update the status of my review. It's only fair to share that the Customer Service department has been helpful and prompt accommodating. I've repurchased this item and was able to successfully send back the original bag with FedEx store. I am also excited to use a discount that was provided towards my next purchase. I'm so happy for the replacement bag and the full refund for the original bag. Today I received my Chelsea sandals and the Jelly tote. They are GORGEOUS!!! I'm waiting for the other orders and I have pull the trigger on the Jelly shoulder bag with matching slides in yellow. Thank you for addressing me with great customer service!!!

I’m very disappointed that my order was not delivered to my home. After reporting it, I was told to check with my neighbors, which felt dismissive and frustrating. I expected better support and a proper resolution. Please investigate this missing delivery and provide an appropriate refund or replacement as soon as possible. I can’t believe I was told know instructions was provided so I need to locate my package.
