I did not receive the correct shoe size…
I did not receive the correct shoe size that I ordered. The shoes were a different size from what the box says. I ordered a 9.5 they sent me a 8.5. They should compare the box and shoes before shipping. Now I have to send them back and wait for another pair.

I am a huge fan of your brand. So far, all of my items have been good quality. The few issues I’ve had have all been resolved and customer service is always expedient. I still have an issue with some inconsistent sizing of shoes. Other than that I’m very pleased.
