Well with my hand on my heart I can truly say the staff at Shrewsbury Mardol shop went above and beyond and back again. I lost my dad in August, and we wanted some pictures restored and some scanning and adding to disc, well to say this was an easy task is wasn't there were 183 photos ranging from early 1900's to 1980's and there were 4 to be restored one being a wedding photo that was taken 25/12/1909 and was so faded. Well a total mammoth task i left them in their capable hands knowing that this is not a 5 minute job so when I got a phone call 5 weeks later, remember we have had Christmas and new year as well, saying they were done, so I went in and collected my photos and wow I was speechless they are magicians the restored photos are like they were taken today. There are no words to say how truly greatful I am you have made my ancestors come to life again 117 years after the photo was taken

5 stars for the Shrewsbury Store
Huge thank you to Sam and Max in the Shrewsbury store who couldn't have been more helpful, kind and skilled. We were trying to get digital and physical copies of some precious photos and artwork for a family member, there were big challenges involved with both and they really went above and beyond on Sunday to help us come away with everything we needed. Feeling so lucky have a Jessops in our town and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Pleased with price of Sony camera bundle.
Yes, I was pleased with receiving my Sony camera bundle in three working days from purchase and getting a substantial discount. My only criticism is that when I placed my order on a Friday, it was stated on the website that if I ordered within one day, so many hours, I could get a delivery on the Monday. When Monday came, didn't get the delivery but it did arrive on the Wednesday and i am happy with that.

SONY FX3 A FULL FRM CINEMA PURCHASE
I have been researching online about purchasing a new camera for many weeks.
I had decided to go to Camera World and purchase a Sony Fx3 and I was undecided about which lens I would need.
I decided to take a look in Jessops beforehand and I met Shoukat who was very knowledgeable and advised me on the benefits of a SONY FE 24-70MM F2.8 GM II.
I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service that I received from Shoukat, Pranav & Sofia at the Oxford Street branch of Jessops.
