Unexpected Delays to delivery

I recently purchased a camera lens and camera body on line. The latter was used and the lens new. Both were delivered in excellent condition.
However the camera body took six days to arrive and I have been delaying my review until it did. I called Customer Services when only the lens initially arrived and was told the packages came from different locations. This might be given more prominence in the order documentation. However the main delay in delivering the camera body derived from the Courier who suffered from "unexpected delays".

An excellent product, well packed and dispatched: unfortunately DPD failed to deliver on time.

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. I had camera gear that I wanted to exchange for a new camera. I got various quotes from other businesses but Jessops's quote was by far the best. I turned up to their shop, and in 30minutes I had my quote presented to me. Unlike other businesses who wanted my equipment sent to them by post for an evaluation. The team at the shop was very knowladgable and very friendly. I came out of the shop with a happy experience.

We ordered in store

We ordered in store. Max was very helpful & friendly. He was very knowledgeable about your products. It took 11 days before it was delivered. Not sure if that was Jessops or delivery firm.

Excellent Experience

The individual helping me was outstanding. My daughter is in University in a film program and even though I have bought plenty of film and digital cam eras the technology continues to change and so do the brands. Thank you for having such knowledgeable staff!

Jessops gave an accurate description of the product and its pro's and con's.
The sale price made the binoculars very affordable.
The goods were delivered FOC within 2 days and used a code system for additional security.

Camera trade in

Traded in a camera with Jessops and the process was really quick and seamless. Couldn't recommend enough. It was a big relief to have the peace of mind trading in with a company, rather than the risks of selling privately. The staff in the York branch were fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
