We unfortunately lost out on our dream property 6 weeks ago when another buyer beat us to it. The buyer ended up pulling out of the sale (for their own reasons), and Barbara jumped on the phone with me immediately to let me know it was going back on the market and were we still interested. She was quick to set us up for another viewing, and shortly after our offer had been accepted!
