We have just purchased our first home through Oliver Reilly.
They were so keen to help us with the purchase and were always there on the end of the phone if we needed any questions answering. Due to unforeseen circumstances the purchase took longer than initially thought however they helped keep pushing things along.
We picked our keys up yesterday and they were so excited for us. Great experience. Would use if selling in the future.

After 2 chain links broke at the bottom eventually came good. Kept us informed all the time and explained when links broke. Only keeping the finger on the button made completion happen. Special thank you to Vicky who was there till the end.

Incredibly efficient in selling my mother's bungalow. I didn't even have to put it on the market! They very kindly did a valuation for probate and from that recommended the property to one of their clients who they thought might be interested and it sold within the day!
Couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received. I was kept fully up to date with the process and someone was always available to answer any queries that I had.

Consider very carefully before choosing to use this estate agent. Send a Rightmove message (which puts your status as a buyer, address, contact details) and be led a merry-go-round of calls to verify those details. Which the caller is not aware of. Despite them being on the enquiry...
I prefer the more professional, quicker, more efficient method of reading messages, responding, getting things done.

Oliver Reilley estare agents and particularly Melody Haynes, were very helpful, To the extent that we felt that if we asked Melody to solve a problem for us, she would do it .When we changed solicitors she quickly communicated with them and gave them the necessary documents.
