Rosie was really excellent at keeping in touch, chasing down quite a long chain and keeping everyone on board when a link dropped out. We got there in the end!

Starkings & Watson were great from first viewing to picking up the keys. Rosie T did a fantastic job of liaising between myself, solicitors and vendor and helped keep everything progressing in a timely fashion. She was efficient, approachable and always on hand when I had any queries, and has represented S&W brilliantly. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

Despite being the purchaser rather than the seller the service from the people here was exceptional. No problems only updates, helping with enquiries, pursuing the chain when my own estate agents seemed non responsive. The nice touch is getting a welcome to your new home card on arrival and a personal best wishes from their Director. These are people to do business with.

No one paying attention to what we requested, very rude young man in the office on the day we came for the keys, not even allowed in the door. Several unnecessary phone calls from Chris Starkings. No directions as to where the office is located, very unhappy as we have used them before and had no problems.

Although S&W were not our actual agents, they were acting for our seller. I received more information from S&W than I did from my own agents.
The one stand out individual was Rosie Turley who constantly went above and beyond to keep me informed and finally bring the sale to fruition when others had very clearly given up.

The team at Starkings and Watson did a great job when selling our house. It was a complicated and very stressful move as we were relocating abroad but once the sale had been agreed Rosie was absolutely brilliant and looked after us and the sale every step of the way. We purchased our new home through Starkings and Watson, our initial viewings with Zack were very informative and were very accommodating to arrange around our schedules - then onto the Sale process, briefly dealing with Caroline was great, really helpful and friendly, and Chris really helped get this over the line. It was very helpful and reassuring having such good communication allowing the sale to progress promptly and ironing out any creases along the way - no complaints, at all and really pleased!

Chris Starkings came out to carry out the valuation and to put my home on the market. The website photographs and property details were excellent and Kerri Burrows was my go to person. She looked after us excellently and we soon had viewings. It proved a turbulent time with world circumstances but we exchanged contracts today and I cannot thank them enough.
