Great experience start to finish.
Samim was a great help throughout the process, with regular updates and great communication. Everything went smoothly.

After spending 9 months trying to sell my House with another agent i changed to Jacobs Steel Lancing and things started to move straight away. Good, photos, descriptions, distribution etc.and viewings in the first week with offers shortly after. Friendly supportive discussions which showed a drive to sell and Professionalism. A pleasant experience after 9 months of almost the opposite.

I have worked with Jacobs Steel on various occasions, buying and selling property, and I can honestly say they are extraordinary. Their professionalism is outstanding, they are friendly and supportive. They keep you informed every step of the way and always have time to discuss any issues. THINK MAYBE RIP OFF MERCHANTS

I was trying to establish rental agreement information., for a couple of properties.

Staff were rude, ignorant and as unhelpful as they could be, whilst staying within the boundary of the law.

I would like this to be taken as Formal Notice that a complaint will follow regarding potential fraud and Data protection violations.

With a very difficult market & protracted timescale Jack & Rachel finally got us over the line. Pleasure dealing with them & all the J&S team & would definitely recommend

Worthing branch have been fantastic at selling my mother's flat. We were constantly kept in the loop and Joe, in particular, was always chasing everyone involved to ensure the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible.
