Initial experience has been really positive. I ranted on the phone to Liam who somehow managed turn my rant into a detailed report of my issues They sent an assessor Anthony round in less than 24 hours who looked so young but was actually really friendly and professional and was able to answer any questions i had double-checked that I had all my paperwork etc and that I understood the next steps/managed expectations. I received a message only a couple of days later that I had been appointed a solicitor. Considering it takes longer than thst just to get RBKC juat to send someone out to look at a repair I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and service so far.👍🏽

Don't you just love this company. Every review a good one and we know this is not possible so on their site they are fake because the law of averages there had to be 1 bad one.

So here goes. Filled the online form out explained a Top Barrister built a file. Asked where they solicitors as they phoned me within seconds of filling out the form so quick in fact must be desperate for business.

He wanted details. I said if your a law firm I send you the file you read it. We don't work like that he said. Well normally you have a file at one practise decide to use another you pass it over. But not with these so I can only presume they are a call centre who use solicitors. Waste of time. Do it yourself civil court its easy to set up.

Wanted to give 0 star out of 5 but would not allow so think yourselves lucky you got 1 star.

Firstly I’ve had this continuous issue for about 6 months. Mould and damp on the ceiling bathroom and living room which got worse!. Starting leaking, also cracked and then collapsed. Report this issue when I noticed the mould and damp but no one repairs team sent out. I’ve emailed my housing office numerous times but still nothing has been done. My children and I have been experiencing some breathing difficulties and reported to the doctors many times. I had to throw away my cupboard and personal belongs due to mould. I’m also pregnant and this has affected me in so many ways. Still no actions has been taken and no suitable accommodation has been giving to me.

I contacted my housing association to report a bug infestation. As usual due to my experience dealing with the housing association I completely got nowhere with them. I contacted this company who put me at ease they visited me the same day I contacted them. In my opinion this company should be running the U.K.

I recently moved into a new property where i had a feeling that some of the repairs were not upto the standard as it should before letting it out. After so many attempts to inform the council to get things done was failing and getting out of my hands, as I was very desperate and finding it hard to a point where I feel like no one is listening to me and had to just cope with the situation until my body pains also started to kick in because I am 7months pregnant and always had to take the water from the kitchen sink to the bathroom after cleaning with 2 stairs case.

I went to online desperately searching for how to report the council for ignoring me and find this website so easy just type in your name and number, and someone called me in just less than 5mins surprised.

Thanks to all the staff who took me through the process so easy and i am now waiting for the outcome.

Very quick and efficient! Surveyor came out to survey within a day of my call. Staff are very helpful and stay on top of things unlike newlon housing association. Definitely would recommend if you’re having issues with your HA/council they will definitely help you out getting it resolved

The property i live in, is a block of 35 flat's for elderly tenants. The heating and hot water were constantly going off sometime,s for long periods. Since getting in touch with Housing disrepair Helpline and getting publicity our problem is being fixed at landlord,s great expense.

Work done but I would suggest you try everything before you sign as having problems with shower and needs a rain to dubber check for rain inside

Housing disrepair helpline was amazing they put me in touch with good solicitor which sorted out citizen and made them repair all the damage to my flat that they neglected for 15 months they also helped get me some compensation for my suffering, Liam was polite, friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough I'm over joyed with the result and would recommend to anyone having housing disrepair difficulties with their landlord 👌🏻💯✌🏻🌟
