Service was great from start to completion. The housing disrepair helpline arranged to visit me promptly, staff were respectful and empathetic, collected all relevant information and connected me to a great solicitor to work on my disrepair case. With their service all repairs were then completed by my landlord and fair compensation was awarded without the need to even go to court. I had been trying for years to try and resolve this by myself and in a few months of getting support, all works were complete! Highly recommend for housing disrepair services. Will certainly go back for help in the future if needed.

Housing Disrepair Helpline - They're Scam people. On the phone they're team tald me that we can't help you because I'm using HMO Property - in which property my room has big leaking from roof 3 years without Repairs. I have a any documents including tenancy agreement and I'm British citizen. Any Disrepair claim team are Scam people including No fee No win..
--- From Housing Disrepair was question on the phone about the property I'm renting as I did reply the property is HMO and they're said We can't help you because I'm using HMO Property and of course I have a tenancy agreement and any documents including British passport, so looks your team discriminate me because I'm with different race and different name or because I'm European event British. I was clear on the phone when your team did asked me what kind of property I'm using.

....Do your COMPANY HOUSING DISREPAIR Helpline is really legal in the UK or do your team holder British passport - I'm sure some of your team Housing Disrepair event doesn't hold British passport - let's see who is racist. When is the time General Election I'm going to vote for UKIP REFORM PARTY.

I was called from 020 4620 0633 and have a whatsapp number messaging me 07963 354 308.

I have been waiting for a call for repairs to my elderly mother's property as we had a surveyor there last week.
The guy that called said that he had the report in front of him and there was just mould and damp and they could come and repair it in early december. Bearing in mind, there is no damp and the whole place is falling apart, I was sceptical then. 'Daniel' said he would look the surveyors name up on his computer and said ah, yes... Repairs aren't urgent. Will be done within a year.
Called the surveyor and obviously started an argument as he said he hadn't even written the report yet.

I had by this point got a message from a whatsapp number which asked for photos of the property which I sent through. Only when he said about claiming between £6-8,000 did alarm bells start ringing. I asked the whatsapp contact to call me urgently and then they point blank denied they had called me at all and that no one called Daniel worked there.
My mum really thought that the work was going to be done so she is so disappointed and I feel like a total arse for not spotting what was actually going on.

If I hadn't been waiting for a call from the Repairs Team in the first place, I would never have entertained them.

Please keep your wits about you.

Scam callers. If you have disrepair then contact your council. If you get nowhere email your councillor. If you get nowhere contact the ombudsman who will manage your complaint and provide compensation. Do not use 3rd party scammers.

Unfortunate to hear about the spam call issues Housing Disrepair has had lately so I've ammended my rating to only showcase my first experience with them, unless that was spam too? 3/5

Recently had a call from +44 1708 838547, had the most unprofessional phonec in my life.
I've dealt with housing disrepair before and to keep it short, we did get some issues eventually fixed however it was not worth the hassle to go through them.

As for the recent phonecall, the gent on the other line had a vile attitude and once he figured I wasn't budgeting after calling us confused, he called us names and hanged up, all because I said I wasn't interested, very professional. 👍 1/5

I don't rent a property and yet they keep contacting me. I have asked multiple times for my number to be removed, but it hasn't happened yet. I am unsure why they even want to speak to me as I am clearly not going to be a customer.

This company constantly call on different numbers, 2/4 times a day! I have asked them to stop calling and they still do. I feel like I’m being harassed. I have blocked every number and yet they will call from a different one. I have never used them so I don’t know why they are so obsessed with calling me! This has been going on for over 6 months!

Am bring bombarded with cold calls daily from India, they then claim they not behind it, well I'm holding them responsible till the calls stop
