I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service & dedication and making this process so smooth regarding my renewal visa application since my first application.
Thank you Sonal and your team for the professionalism and dedication shown with my application.

Began interactions with this "Company" back in 2025 and from the first day of action they were literelly like a "Dog on heat". Daily or regular contacts and assurances that our case was one that we could easily win against our landlord, which was not surprising as we supplied them with data covering a "sever-year period" of disrepair.
Photographic records, written data and correspondances were all supplied and we even went as far as to provide Thermal-Imaging of issues we were experiencing relating to the patrhetic manner in which our central heating works and where we are leaching heat from our social-ranted-property; through inadequately-fitted windows and doors.

They sent round an assessor, who gave us the impression that he did not want to be there and he carried out a half-hearted assessment of the issues and submitted his report. Our landlord also carried out an assess assessnent, but identified more issues than the original assessment did.
2026 has seen us receiving nothing from Expert Law since May 2026 and we have guarantees that e-mails being sent to them from us are not even being opened, throught he use of a "read-receipt" setup on our e-mail accounts.
If I had studied law rather than criminal justice at university; then I would have represented our case myself and achieved a higher level of accaptable-outcome. The problem is; that by studying criminal justice; I am well aware of identifying the signs whereby a company expects to be paid for besically doing nothing.
I can assure all of one very real fact; if this matter ever comes to a suitable conclusion, then my purse-strings will be as tight as their amount of copperations have been during our dealings.

I have had a Case going on now for 16 months for housing Repairs. It has been 12 months since I’ve seen any tradesmen. The solicitor has not chased them to come back to complete the work it is absolutely an abysmal service. I logged a complaint with the solicitor for the 16 months that I had been with them and they responded with six months of explanations. Nowhere in there was anything upheld and they failed to respond to my full complaint. I am absolutely disgusted with this firm and the way I have been made to live for the last 12 months it’s absolutely abysmal. I had advised not to use this firm you will be passed from solicitor to solicitor and won’t get no solution. They have had my Case since September 2024. My Repairs still aren’t complete. Do not trust them.

Sonal was so reassuring and kept me up to date on the whole process of my application. It was a complicated case and we had a successful application.

My experience with this firm was terrible . On 20 occasions they said they will call me back and never did even tho they had been paid already …. Do not go this firm they are crap ….

The worse legal firm I’ve ever used I was left £2500 out of pocket . They did not help me at all . They did not folllow my instructions at all .
They wasted 3 years of my life
and achieved nothing in 3 years.
After taking my money the solicitor Sonal from expert law then refused to speak to me and would not return my calls. Even tho they already had taken my money

Please please do not use this firm .
You will waste your money and time .!

We tried multiple solicitors, but this one was the first that actually tried to deeply understand the problem, making everything a success. Sonal is an amazing Solicitor with good approach to human together with her great team are just simply amazing .

Had a paid 30 min consultation with them to explain my case. They promised that I’m eligible for an application based on info I provided. They then took an advance payment for handling the application. After that they sent a client care letter for me to sign. Upon reading the letter I found factual mistakes about my circumstances which made me realize that they weren’t listening or paying any attention during the initial consultation. Therefore their assurance of my eligibility was questionable. I refused to sign the letter and requested a refund.

Edit: after I wrote this review they emailed me requesting that I remove the review and saying that the refund will require a “process “ without specifying any timeframe. It’s been a few weeks now and I have not received my money back nor heard from them again!

Completely unprofessional and void of integrity!
